About the CAP 3lb Rubber Coated 12-Sided Dumbbell
The CAP 3lb Rubber Coated 12-Sided Dumbbell is a single, lightweight dumbbell designed for specific exercises where a low resistance is needed, or for adding a small increment to an existing routine. It's particularly useful for rehabilitation, light cardio, warm-ups, or for individuals just starting their fitness journey who need minimal weight. The rubber coating helps protect floors and reduces noise.
Before purchasing, ensure that a 3lb weight is truly what you need, as this is a very light option. Consider if you'll need a pair or multiple increments in the future, as buying individual dumbbells can become less cost-effective than a set if your needs expand quickly. The 12-sided design helps prevent rolling.
